Today’s community colleges face challenges in their efforts  to reform developmental mathematics education and improve mathematics pathways. Hispanic-Serving Institutions must balance a series of competing demands as they enact change. To address these obstacles, Lee College, an HSI in Texas, began with a vision for change and recognition of structural barriers.
